Roasted Pork w/ Sauerkraut sandwich

This old world sandwich is made with slices of oven roasted pork loin and dressed with a mound of homemade sauerkraut oven cooked the old fashioned way with onion and garlic.  All of this goodness is packed on a bakery fresh honey white hoagie bun.  It doesn't get any better than that!
