This vegetarian soup is water based. We combine an aromatic saute of sweet onion, carrot and celery in butter with milk, water and Yukon Gold potatoes. The soup is then lightly seasoned and finished with cuts of tender sprigs of fresh dill. A light and delicate soup experience.
