New England Clam Chowder

This is a fish stock based soup. We make our own fish stock slow cooked from Red Snapper and Halibut carcasses. This stock is then combined sea clams and clam juice and added to a pot with a traditional roux of butter and flour with sauted onion, celery, garlic, bay leaf. A fish lovers paradise!
